The meeting began with silence.

The house upkeep committee report was heard. Friends discussed the bid for guttering work, and accepted the bid. Friends will also pay a neighbor to mow the lawn. The report was accepted.

The Ministry and Counsel report was heard. The report was accepted.

The yearly state of the meeting report was heard.

The treasurer’s report was heard. Penn Valley Meeting will start contributing to Iowa Yearly Meeting quarterly instead of yearly. The 2008 obligation to Iowa Yearly Meeting has been met, but other yearly obligations have not. Friends are encouraged to give. The report was accepted.

The meeting ended with silence.
