The treasurer’s report was heard.

Friends discussed the alarm; the problem has a workaround for the time being, but Friends agreed to have it repaired to normal. Friends discussed the vacuum cleaner, which needs the same repair as last year. Leesa will investigate alternatives.

The Ministry and Counsel report was heard.

The plaques for the Peace Pole will be ready for installation this week. Friends discussed our neighborhood project and what we can do to help nearby neighborhoods. Friends agreed to be involved with both Hyde Park and Mannheim neighborhood organizations. The treasurer can write a check for Mannheim, because we know its dues. If reasonable, we will join Hyde Park as well.

Friends discussed re-roofing the garage. We will assess the scope of the work next Saturday.
